@lain We were talking about rights some time ago. You said you didn't believe in them. But what about property rights? As an ancap, surely you must believe in those? What about the NAP? Isn't that a kind of right or obligation?
To me, rights are just another framing of ethics. "Everyone has a right to life" means "don't kill".

That's basically how I think of it. The role of the legal and justice system is to embody justice, but that doesn't mean they actually do.
