Advocate for freedom and tolerance even if you say things I do not like

Adversary of Fediblock

Accept that I'll probably say something you don't like and I'll give you the same benefit, and maybe we can find some truth about the world.

Ah... Is the Alliteration clever or stupid? Don't answer that, I sort of know the answer already...

I can see some problems with such a solution with disambiguation.

If you send a message to me@awesome.social and it has an activitypub implementation, an xmpp server, and an email server, how exactly would it decide to communicate?

The female fears the sigma male

Before and after! I'd call that a success!
blank title populated title

I think I've almost got it now. It's a fairly simple program thankfully.

I'm not doing anything fancy like a rust nightly. Just trying to solve a bug in lotide where if someone from mastodon/pleroma/soapbox makes a post without a heading it creates a post without a title and it's annoying to work with, so I wanted to create something that'll take either the first line or the first sentence or the first 64 characters (whichever comes first) to make that the title.

After an hour of trying to get chatgpt to help me with a simple problem in rust, I have determined that anyone who thinks that programmers will go away because chatgpt will replace them is a fucking moron.

"do this." doesn't compile. Tell it so. "Oh, my mistake, do this." doesn't compile. Tell it so. It wasn't until I got fed up after an hour of solutions that looked good but didn't compile that I realized the problem and I fixed it self using my squishy human brain.

And this is my first time using rust!

That cannot be. I reviewed the rules, and it's clearly against the rules. (I didn't make the rules, don't blame me) Must just be an optical illusion.

Meggerman would have electric powers.

Electricians know what I'm talking about.

Bunch of fucking assholes pretend they give a shit about the people they expelled from their Southern Ontario cities by pretending some concept from their past is actually a part of #currentthing

Some of the reasons for a justice system is so a sober look at events can take place and so only guilty people are punished and the punishment is reasonable given the crime, and to take the responsibility for retribution out of the people's hands.

While imperfect, it helps prevent situations exactly like this.

>be Australian
>Wake up in my house
>Have one of my houses for breakfast
>Strap some of my houses to my body to cover my nakedness
>Drive down to the bank in my mobile home, I'm going to take out another mortgage to pay the down payment on another home
>Go to McDonald's drive-thru on the way, "I'll have a mchouse with bacon and cheese, mate"
>"Oi ya cunt that'll be three houses", I pay the man
>Go to work selling houses
>Sell houses all day
>Take the mobile home back to my house
>Paycheque in the mail, Get paid in houses
>Dinner at the international house of pancakes
>Watch HGTV for a few hours
>Fall back to sleep on my house

Tuggers will never know the joy of being Australian with their diverse advanced economy.

That's so hekkin valid!

I think that just naturally happens when you have a global empire. Your argument seems like a pretty good one against global hegemony.

I always like to shout out good projects when it comes up though, and matrix conduit is a clean reimplementation of matrix that runs on really minimal hardware. I've got it running alongside ejabbered and lotide on an Intel atom d2550.

"AI is going to take away everyone's jobs!"

I mean... Maybe the NPCs...

I feel like this design would serve to violate safety standards and result in careless wheelchairs falling down a bunch of stairs.

People who don't know fuck-all thinking that there hasn't been a new big thing for the past forever that was allegedly going to change the world and totally revolutionize whatever but didn't because it turns out there's constraints on technologies, no matter how well they demo in a super confined system.

it's happened a couple times where I live that some old dude who shouldn't be driving put the vehicle in the wrong gear and drove right through the wall of a restaurant.

The opposite of kiwi farms, desert cityscape.

Come on. We were all on one anyway.
