The fact that she was made the candidate is an indictment of democracy.

It's fine.

We can all deliver uber eats to each other forever.

Like a perpetual motion machine for the economy.

Feels like there is an ever increasing swath of normal people who got stuck outside the job market the last 3 - 12 months and can't get back in outside doordash..

The trick is, knowing actual (publicly available) bad stuff that has happened makes you sound like a crazy person.

So I'm with you. I also trust the "globetards" to not do the stuff they used to do anymore.. cause I'm not crazy.

I remember when "VAX passports" were a cringe conspiracy theory..

Yeah man, I also trust them to not do bad stuff that we've never imagined they would do because they used to do that kind of stuff but don't anymore.

Same as it ever was..

”Ah, you miserable creatures! You who think that you are so great! You who judge humanity to be so small! You who wish to reform everything!

Why don't you reform yourselves? That task would be sufficient enough.”

Frederic Bastiat, "The Law"

It isn't impossible.

If it isn't impossible, and it would benefit them to do something, the only reason they would not do that thing is a strong moral code.

So the question is.. are they good people?

f

Hmm..

Doubt that.

Oh.

> On April 27, 1861, Lincoln suspended the writ of habeas corpus between Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia to give military authorities the necessary power to silence dissenters and rebels.

> Under this order, commanders could arrest and detain individuals who were deemed threatening to military operations. Those arrested could be held without indictment or arraignment.

I think this was more effective when it wasn't as widely known

It is at risk of big money distorting the output

Turns into an election issue and suddenly everything's fine they found the money in the couch cushions the check is in the mail you'll see it Friday bro

The worst is yet to come..

Actual journalism being done. Surprise! Not by the media or journalists. Just a guy.

Seems familiar..

Nine years in prison for an effort to investigate the validity of voting machines.

Simple. They realized that shutting down supply chains after a major natural disaster wasn't a good look.
