That's true, but they're threatening legal action against Tucker Carlson for giving the interview, and liberal minded people should at least be willing to hear what the other side has to say before answering for them. "Oh Putin is doing it because he's evil so we should keep sending weapons" ok maybe but if the only reason you think that is some government official then you're not being a very good liberal at any rate.

It's stupid because he said he was going to interview Zelenskyy as well. He's not a very good propagandist for Putin if that's the case.
If he can he should for sure. I'm not sure zelensky would be willing but if he is, great. Win/win. Especially coming after the Putin interview we could see a strong defense of Ukraine based on ln countering Putin's specific points. Given that the Russian federation is not the Soviet Union is not the Russian empire, it seems like a strong argument can be made against his historical arguments at the very least.
