I'm not sure what to think about the fact that CDs are "retro" by now.

I bet many kids in gen alpha have never seen a CD in their entire lives.

Doubt it somehow.

Digital music has been the norm for decades. I don't think my house has a single CD in it, and many are like that since music is either streamed or played off of something like an ipod or iphone.

It happens faster than you think.

My house has loads of CDs in it, but we rarely use them.
