It's only going to get worse, too. Now that they're alienating their userbase, fewer companies are going to want to sign exclusive deals with them.
I say, good. However, the problem is Sony gobbling up anyone who succeeds and rolling them into Crunchyroll.

If you haven't seen it on Crunchyroll, "My Wife has no Emotion" is a solid slice of life rom-com. I read the manga so I may be biased, but my wife and I are enjoying it quite a bit.
