I might be insane. It so much about this sounds insane, like... They were told this bloke was there. They went for the kill instead of trying to capture and question.
The picture was just too perfect, like, the flag waving behind him, the position of the photographer... And either Trump has more spine than I thought or he knew it was gonna happen and was ready to strike a pose, because who the fuck doesn't shit themselves in a situation like that and doesn't seek cover?

I also reckon Biden stepping down has done way more for the Democrats than that would do for Trump/the Republicans. I mean, who did it convince? Only the people who already liked him now think he's a martyr. The people who hated him still hate him.
