Israel is known to have killed a lot of children in Palestine. More than the number of Israeli kids killed ( https://countingthekids.org/ ). That's probably what he is talking about

According to @sj_zero, putting Palestine in charge of the entire area would entail a genocide of Jews and those who think it would go well naively assume that politics works the same in the middle east as in the west (liberal, etc).
